Spring that looks like winter in England

The past few weeks have been a matter of testing the usual patience of a landscape photographer. In other words 'no light,' or 'wait there might be some light,' or 'no there isn't going to be any light,' or 'there's an exposure problem.' Compounded by the lateness of the UK summertime - instead of the lovely 30 degrees that my friends in Lisbon have been basking in we have had snow, minus 4, clouds, wind, rain, hail and freezing wind - all in the space of 48 hours. In between I stood with many layers of t-shirts, sweaters and jackets and a wooly hat, with purple fingers, out in those wild, exposed spots, just to get...anything.

Hope you like these additions.
